1) We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for all items purchased through our website.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with some items you ordered, you can return them to us for a refund or exchange. But please note that the items should be in original condition, never used and without manual broken. Refund will not be issued until we have received the item.
As for the watches, you can return them for repair if they are broken within 30 days.This does not include water damage, intentional damage, or general wear and tear (such as scratches, fading of the gold, etc.).
Although certain watches (Rolex, Omega and others..) are water-resistant to a certain degree, This means washing your hands and taking a quick shower...we suggest keeping it away from water whenever possible, and make sure the crown is always screwed in tight so moisture does not get in.
Watches cannot be tampered with in any way. All watch cases are installed with a tamper-proof seal. If you open up the watchcase and the seal is broken, all return policies are void for the watch. Please do not have any other jewelers work on the watch or open it up.
As for the shippings, you are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the items.
2) After our shipment, if your cutoms stop the package and never release it, that is out of our control, we will not give you any compensation on that.
3) We do not guarantee there is no tax to make you get the package, cause some customs would like to charge tax all the time on all the packages.
